Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines and speciality drinks.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide recommendations and suggestions based on guests' preferences
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including proper storage and rotation of supplies, utensils and equipment.
Adhere to all safety, health and sanitational guidelines
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and teamwork.
Stay updated with trends.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Previous experience as a bartender.
Knowledge of various spirits, cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
