We&rsquo;re looking for an Assembly Technician to join the team as we scale.


Key responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of the manufacturing process, including:
<ul>
<li>Receiving and inspecting incoming components</li>
<li>Assembly, testing and quality verification of products</li>
<li>Packaging and preparing products for shipment and export</li>
<li>Improving manufacturing processes and work practices</li>
<li>Working closely with the Head of Manufacturing and the R&amp;D team, supporting both day-to-day manufacturing and the ongoing development of products, processes and capabilities</li>

What we&rsquo;re looking for

<li>Technical training or hands-on experience in electronics or electromechanics</li>
<li>Experience assembling electronic equipment or precision products, ideally in a high-tech production environment</li>
<li>Good written and spoken English</li>
<li>Close attention to detail and a quality mindset</li>
<li>Interest in technology and hands-on work</li>
<li>Organized, reliable, and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving</li>
<li>A team player, comfortable in a dynamic and continuously improving environment</li>
