

24/7 Service Center Representatives
Are you a service-minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments? Iceland Travel is looking for enthusiastic and dependable team members to join our brand-new 24/7 Service Center in Reykjavík. As a crucial link between travelers and their unforgettable Icelandic experience, you’ll play an essential role in supporting customers around the clock.
This is a shift-based role with 12-hour shifts on a 5/5/4 rotation (07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00), offering you extended time off between rotations to recharge.
This is a new role within the company, giving you the opportunity to help shape how we provide round-the-clock support to our guests and partners.
Key responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls from travelers, suppliers, and partners

Respond to e-mails and process bookings

Handle unforeseen changes to travel plans

Monitor weather and safety conditions

Share information clearly and efficiently

Support departments with various tasks as needed
What we’re looking for

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems

You’re able to work independently and take initiative
-
You have excellent communication and customer service skills

You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken

Speaking Icelandic or another language is a plus
-
You have strong computer skills and are confident using travel-related systems

Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
What we offer
You’ll be based in our Reykjavík office, currently located at Skógarhlíð 12. Later this year, we’re moving to a brand-new office space at Suðurlandsbraut 34.
