Summer Job - Operations and Backoffice

Destination Complete is seeking an efficient and flexible person for operations and backoffice support. The position is ideal for a student, with full time responsibilities during summer season and opportunity to work part time during school season with potential to grow within the company.

  • Confirm services for sold programs
  • Prepare travel documents
  • Support the operations team onsite or offsite
  • Other relevant tasks in an ever changing work environment

  • Good working proficiency in English, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and in adapt to duties during high season
  • Enthusiasm and the attitude to deliver exceptional service under pressure
  • Problem solving attitude
