Sales & Marketing Manager – Kombucha Iceland
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can help develop the Kombucha Iceland brand and expand our distribution.
Because we are a small company, the role combines sales, marketing and business development responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small entrepreneurial environment where creativity, initiative and flexibility are valued.
You will work directly with the founders and play an important role in shaping the future of the company.
Your work will include:
• Developing relationships with retailers and distributors
• Identifying new sales opportunities in Iceland and abroad
• Managing existing customers and partnerships
• Representing Kombucha Iceland at events and trade shows
• Supporting marketing campaigns and brand development
• Managing social media and digital communication
• Coordinating work with external marketing agencies
• Conducting market and competitor analysis
As part of our small team, the role may also occasionally involve helping in production or logistics, giving you a deeper understanding of the product and business.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Helpful experience includes:
• Sales, marketing or business development
• Retail, food or beverage industry
• Relationship building and negotiation
• Digital marketing and brand communication
Fluency in English is required.
Icelandic or other European languages are a plus.
