Project Analyst

Key tasks and responsiblities include:

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of strategic and operational projects across various departments.
• Supporting project documentation, scheduling, and resource tracking.
• Maintaining and improving dashboards, reports, and project documentation repositories.
• Analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Supporting preparation for project meetings and status updates.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of project management processes and templates.
• Coordinating across teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on project tasks.

Ideally, we would like so see someone who has:

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or business analysis
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g Jira, or similar)
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle and project documentation standards
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and professional backgrounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Basic understanding of OKRs, KPIs, or similar performance frameworks
• Experience working in projects in an enterprise context
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
