POS Customer Support - Summer Position

Our Customer Service team at Rapyd Europe is looking for a tech-savvy POS Customer Support representative to join us for the summer. If you love troubleshooting hardware, working with networks, and helping merchants succeed, this is for you!

It’s a fast-paced role with on-call shifts, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure.

Set up and maintenance service of POS Terminals
Service to merchants
Part of the job is on-call shifts outside opening hours

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Experience and keen interest in technical matters
Vocational training or a degree in electrical or technical subjects is a great advantage
The person must have basic knowledge of networks
Cooperation and adaptability, positivity and customer service are essential
Ability to work under pressure and in shift work
Excellent Icelandic and English skills
Experience in the installation of shopping systems is an advantage
