Chef de partie (Senior Level)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at North West Restaurant & Guesthouse. This is a serious role for a serious professional. We are not looking for entry-level candidates or individuals still “finding their way” in the industry. We are looking for a committed, skilled, and reliable chef who understands the demands of a kitchen and performs accordingly.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven professional kitchen experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent

Age 28+ preferred, with demonstrated maturity and professionalism

Strong ability to work independently while executing instructions from the Sous Chef

Proven experience working efficiently within a team environment

High level of discipline, consistency, and accountability

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, professional kitchen

Clear communication skills: direct, honest, and solution-oriented

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and food safety

Letters of recommendation in English are required for this position. These references will be reviewed, and previous employers and supervisors will be contacted for verification.
