Summer job in a spare parts team - export

Marel is looking for an organized and energetic individual for a summer job in the spare parts team in Marel's production. The employee is wanted in an export project and will handle a variety of tasks in an international environment, which primarily involve managing express deliveries to customers, ranging from communication with internal customers worldwide, warehouse picking, packaging and documentation.

Marel's spare parts team consists of a strong and diverse group of employees in spare parts production and spare parts export.

Field of work:

• Order processing

• Spare parts packaging

• Communication with internal customers and carriers

• Invoicing

• Preparation of export documents

• Registration of shipments
• Participation in continuous improvement

Qualification requirements:

• Interest in export-related projects is a requirement

• Previous experience with exports, customs and/or SAP is an advantage

• Good general computer skills are a requirement
• Good communication skills and interest in teamwork

• Independent and precise working methods
• Ability to work according to processes
• Good Icelandic skills are a requirement
• Good English skills in spoken and written language
