What a Service Delivery Manager will do:
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead customer excellence by fostering a culture focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing service performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing impactful changes.
Your role will enhance and optimize service processes to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth service delivery. You will collaborate closely with various departments, aligning workflows with company objectives and customer needs. You will maintain transparent, regular, and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders as a central communication point. Additionally, you will oversee incident and change management processes to ensure seamless and effective service transitions.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL
- Demonstrated success in a leadership or team management role, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication abilities to build and maintain trust with customers.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization skills to manage diverse tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in creating and optimizing service processes.
