Producer

CCP is looking for an experienced Producer with a strong passion for video games and the art of game development.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary feature team working on EVE Online — leading the development and delivery of new content and systems for one of the longest-running and most ambitious online games in the world.

You'll be at the heart of the action, coordinating across Development, Publishing, and Shared Tech to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and an excellent player experience.

Your Tasks:

• Lead all production and project management responsibilities for your team, from planning through delivery and post-release follow-up.
• Build clear, actionable production plans and ensure strategic alignment and buy-in across the team.
• Communicate status, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies to Senior Production and Leadership regularly and clearly.
• Identify and eliminate roadblocks in both process and people — enabling your team to focus on building great features.
• Monitor the performance of released features and follow up on live issues and opportunities within your team’s domain.
• Maintain a high quality bar across everything your team delivers, with a strong focus on value to players.
• Be the direct line manager for your team members, supporting their performance, growth, and development.

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of production and leadership experience in the video game industry, with at least one shipped or live-supported title.
• Bonus: Experience working on Live Operated games, MMOs, or Free-to-Play titles.
• Strong understanding of development workflows, prioritization, and connecting day-to-day execution to long-term goals.
• Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and empower a multi-disciplinary team.
• A great communicator — able to clearly articulate an ambitious vision, align the team around it, and adjust course as needed.
• Proven ability to work effectively across disciplines and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills — able to share a clear vision and speak to a diverse group of people in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
