Operations Agent

We are looking to add a powerful and driven member to the Cozy Team.

Shift format: 2-2-3
Working hours: 8:00-19:00

Main tasks & Responsibility

The job is very diverse, but mainly involves preparing campers for rentals and handling drop-off inspections & check-out procedures. Ensuring that every vehicle is fully prepared, inspected, maintained and rental-ready is the core responsibility of this role. This includes oil and tire changes, minor maintenance and keeping vehicles in proper operational condition.

In addition, the Operations Agent supports daily operations by stepping into other roles on the floor when needed, whether that involves cleaning campers, assisting at the front desk, shuttle driving or supporting kitchen and laundry facilities.

We are looking for a hands-on individual who takes initiative, maintains high standards and performs well in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean criminal record
