360 Hotel Boutique & Spa is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate has substantial experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry and can apply and maintain high quality standards across all sectors of the hotel.
This is a key role working closely with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
- Train and support housekeeping
- Plan daily task assignments and schedules
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hotel environment
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Organised and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, authentic and outgoing personality
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Positive attitude and a team player
