Housekeeper / Guesthouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• daily cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.
• changing bed linen and preparing rooms for new arrivals.
• maintaining cleanliness of the property and surrounding outdoor areas.
• ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard.
• reporting damages, maintenance issues, or missing items.
• laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linen and towels.
• purchasing cleaning supplies and breakfast products when needed.
• restocking rooms and shared areas.
• basic communication with customer service and guests when required.
• assisting with general day-to-day operations of the guesthouse.
  
  

Requirements:

• previous cleaning experience is an advantage.
• good level of English.
• ability to work independently and take initiative.
• strong attention to detail.
• responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• able to work efficiently under time pressure, especially on check-in/check-out days.
• positive attitude and professional manner.
• driving licence is an advantage.
