Fjölbreytt störf eru í boði hjá fyrirtækinu; Skipstjórar á hjólabátum(amphibian), skipstjórar öryggisbáta, Skipstjórar RIB bát, móttaka ferðamanna, leiðsögumenn á báta, starfsfólk í afgreiðslu og margt fleira. Flest starfsfólkið býr á sveitabæ í eigu fyrirtækisins í um 10 km fjarlægð frá lóninu
