Seljalandsfoss Horizons is opening a new fine dining restaurant located on Iceland’s spectacular south coast.

We are building an ambitious front-of-house team. Led by award-winning Icelandic chef Gabriel Kristinn, the restaurant will focus on seasonal Nordic cuisine, exceptional ingredients, and a refined dining experience inspired by Icelandic nature.

We are currently hiring waiters and service staff who are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of creating one of Iceland’s exciting new dining destinations.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Experience in similar positions is required
• Positive and friendly personality
• Good communication skills
• Initiative and independence
• Experience in fine dining or wine service is an advantage
• Bartender experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing the dining areas for service
• Teamwork and service coordination
• Wine pairing service
• Presenting the restaurant's dining experience
• Professional food and beverage service and presentation
• Other general duties as required

Accommodation close to the restaurant/hotel can be provided.

Positions start in mid-July 2026.
