Programmer

We're looking for a full-time programmer!

Porcelain Fortress is a video game company, consisting of a band of romantics, located in the heart of Seltjarnarnes, Eiðistorg. We're embarking on exciting new projects and are in need of a full-time programmer on site.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, artists and other developers to define and deliver software solutions.
Test and deploy applications and systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Revise, update, and refactor code as necessary.
Develop games using the Unity editor.
Participate in project meetings.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Preferably 3+ years in the Gaming Industry.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A strong passion for acquiring new skills in the gaming industry.
Icelandic and/or English speaking.

Nice to have:

1+ year experience working in Unity.
Knowledge of C#.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Ability to work with Photoshop or similar programs.
Has worked on online multiplayer systems.
